Today's Family is seeking a qualified professional to lead the licensed home child care (LHCC) program. You will ensure compliance with provincial regulations and agency policies while coordinating recruitment, provider relationships and cross-team initiatives.

You will oversee payroll approvals for LHCC staff, manage time-off, and prepare licensing documentation. A strong background in Early Childhood Education and community partnerships is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the licensed home child care program, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and agency policies.
• Roll out recruitment plans for providers and manage the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the Home Visitors team on projects and initiatives.
• Oversee payroll approvals for LHCC home visitors and time-off requests.
• Prepare reports and licensing applications for regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
