Lead Hardware Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in building production-scale electronics
• A degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Mathematics. Postgraduate degrees are a plus.
• Extensive experience with EM simulations for PCB design and EMI/EMC assessment.
• Strong skills in signal processing, preferably including digital signal processing.
• Strong math skills, specifically related to transmission lines modeling and analysis, s-parameters manipulation, calibration, and de-embedding, etc.
• Solid skills on analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit and PCB design
• RF design and simulation for PCB boards and assemblies

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with RF, transmission lines, and general EM theory.
• Software skills (C/C++ embedded programming, Python and shell scripting) are a plus.
