Community Builders is seeking a Lead Hand for residential construction in Bracebridge, ON. You will support the Foreman, lead 1–3 Labourers or Trainees, and ensure safe, efficient day-to-day on-site operations.
You will assist with site setup, tool handling and daily timekeeping while participating in on-site training to develop team skills and safety practices.

The Lead Hand supports the Construction Teams in the day-to-day onsite tasks. The Lead Hand takes instruction from the Working Foreman to complete the necessary tasks and duties for each respective job site. The Lead Hand is expected to lead and supervise 1-3 General Labourers or Trainees in various construction tasks. Under the supervision and guidance of the Foreman, the Lead Hand is a Trainer when Trainees are on site, working one on one or one on two with Trainees to allow them to learn on site. Trainers should ensure safety and accuracy in training.
