Position at FloForm Countertops Required immediately, our LOCAL WINNIPEG BRANCH is seeking a Full-Time Flat Lay Lead Hand Production Worker to join our team. FLOFORM Countertops is a Canadian company with its head office in Winnipeg, MB, and has 17 branches and 8 manufacturing facilities located in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support each area's supervisor and production staff to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures to serve customer needs.
2. Review production schedules and work orders to help establish priorities for specific customer orders, sequence, and worker availability or capability.
3. Cover various positions during absences and cross-train others to empower them.
4. Work with the Production Manager to ensure the availability of materials needed to meet production requirements.
5. Conduct departmental meetings, safety inspections, and audits as required.
6. Lead by example and promote safe work practices and the use of PPE.
7. Liaise with other departments as needed.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
