What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a team of up to 30 production employees on rotating shifts
• Using an ERP system to track and manage production activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards
• Supporting scheduling, payroll, and shift planning
• Troubleshooting minor equipment and production issues
• Training, coaching, and mentoring your team
• Leading health & safety meetings and driving a safety-first mindset
