Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Lead Hand in the Agriculture Equipment Repair Shop, based out of our Prince Albert branch supporting the agriculture product lines.

At Redhead Equipment, we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver dependable brands of agricultural, construction, and truck/trailer equipment across 10 locations in Saskatchewan.

This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of agriculture equipment. You will lead by example, support the department, and provide technical guidance to a team of technicians. This role involves communicating with customers to provide solutions to their needs.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

1. Overall mechanical ability
2. Experience and/or formal trade training in agricultural/construction equipment or truck & transport mechanics
3. Strong computerized diagnostic skills using OEM-specific programs
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting hydraulic and electric schematics
5. Superior leadership and communication skills
6. Commitment to customer service and pride in quality workmanship
7. Positive and team-oriented attitude

Preference will be given to candidates with Journeyperson status.
