Responsibilities

1. Have leadership: motivate sorters, be their reference.
2. Have a sense of responsibility: be the right-hand man of the Sorting Supervisor, communicate to him the manpower needs.
3. Have good stress management: work under pressure and be at the heart of the action.
4. Supervise the unloading of the truck, ensure the efficiency of the team and enforce safety measures at work.
5. Be resourceful: respond quickly to requests for changes and unforeseen events.

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years in a warehouse position and 6 months in a Lead Hand role (an asset).
2. Has general computer knowledge (Office365).
3. Knows the current occupational health and safety regulations in force.
4. Is able to express yourself in English.
