Lead Hand / Design & Install

Preferred Start Date: March, 2025

Compensation: $26-31 an hour, commensurate with experience

• A collaborative, respectful leadership and communication style
• The ability to teach skills to colleagues, patience and a teacher’s mentality
• An ability to assess a site, interpret and implement landscape plans
• An aptitude for logistics, including running efficient job sites, coordinating trades and suppliers in both landscape construction and softscape installations, spanning from a few days to multiple weeks in duration
• Skill and warmth in interacting with valued clients and team members
• An awareness and understanding of on-site efficiency and managing resources against estimated totals
• A valid G driver’s license and a personal vehicle for transport to job sites
• 3-5 years of related experience
• A degree or certification in a related field
