Job Description

The Lead is responsible for supervising store employees and overall store operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and willing to assist managers with tasks to maintain a well-functioning, clean, and customer-focused store. Knowledge of store operations and a commitment to quality and service are essential.

Pay Rate: Starting from $17.20 to $19.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused environment
• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check required
