Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Lead Guest Service Agent, you will be working with and helping to lead our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
You will be checking guests in and out of their rooms, managing reservations, processing payments for hotel services, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of the front office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance while meeting financial goals.
