Lead Generation Specialists - Permanent

Attention Recent Tech and Business Grads!

Our downtown Toronto client, a global leader in AI, Software Development and Drone technology is seeking dynamic Lead Generation Specialists to join their Sales and Marketing team located near Union Station.

If you have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technology or a related field, this exciting opportunity could be your entryway into this dynamic industry.

Requirements:
  1. Experience with marketing automation tools and data analytics.
  2. Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising strategies.
  3. Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
  4. Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience with cold outreach, email marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  9. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead targets.
  10. Knowledge of Drone Industry, and SaaS Software is a plus.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of 45-50K + benefits. The role is 100% on-site Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.
