We are seeking a Lead Generation Representative for our Business Development team. You should be results-oriented, driven, and enjoy phone-based interactions.

The role requires excellent social skills, a warm phone manner, and an energetic, self-starting attitude. Being organized and detail-oriented is essential. You should be a collaborative team player.

Job Description :

As a key member of our Business Development team, you will drive acquisition activities by sourcing vertical-market software companies through:

  1. Creatively identifying businesses that meet our strategic criteria
  2. Maintaining and expanding a proprietary database of industry contacts
  3. Developing and executing prospecting campaigns via email and outbound calls
  4. Collaborating with Senior Business Development Associates to ensure smooth transition through the process

QUALIFICATIONS :

  1. Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  2. Experience in software sales or related field is a plus
  3. Experience with Salesforce CRM is beneficial
  4. Basic financial literacy
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a sense of urgency to generate leads and build a pipeline
  7. Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
