Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads, with a focus on renewable energy generators, including wind and solar assets, across North America.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through research, cold outreach, and industry networking.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals that emphasize how our data-driven SaaS platform enhances decision-making and planning for renewable energy operators.
  • Tailor product demonstrations to meet the specific needs of each prospect, showing how CWP Energy Solutions' technology can maximize returns and reduce risk.
  • Responsible for managing the entire sales process, including prospecting new opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing transactions.
  • Stay up to date on renewable energy trends.
  • Conduct research and analysis on tradeshow attendees, providing valuable insights and facilitating potential collaborations.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in line with the company’s entrepreneurial values.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales selling SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral (essential due to territories covered).
  • Understanding of the renewable energy market and energy solutions is a plus.
