Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise front-end development experience with Angular 12+ and modern web tech.
• Strong expertise in Angular components, routing, lazy loading, forms, DI, HTTP services, RxJS, NgRx.
• Experience with REST APIs, i18n, Contentful CMS, responsive design, WCAG AA, and Design Systems.
• Proven leadership, code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and code reviews for enterprise applications.
• Mentor and guide developers; ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and back-end teams to implement features using REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Location: Brampton, ON (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 12+ Momths

Compensation Range: $58 - $63 per hour

AI assisted development tools (Co-pilot or cursor).

Job Description

• 8+ years of enterprise front-end development experience with strong expertise in Angular 12+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, SCSS/CSS3, and Micro Frontend architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Angular components, routing, lazy loading, forms, dependency injection, HTTP services, RxJS, Observables, and NgRx state management.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integration, Angular i18n, Contentful CMS (Delivery/Preview APIs), responsive design, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and internal Design Systems.
• Experience with Jasmine/Karma/Jest, Angular CLI, Git, Azure DevOps CI/CD, JIRA, Agile/Scrum, and mandatory use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience, including code reviews, architecture/design, troubleshooting complex issues, developer guidance, quality ownership, stakeholder/vendor collaboration, and continuous improvement.
