Job summary

Buildforth by Paradigm is actively seeking a Foreperson to lead skilled crews on active construction projects across British Columbia, Canada. You will oversee daily site execution, ensure quality, coordinate prefabricated panel installations, and maintain safety standards while keeping work progressing efficiently.

The role requires hands-on carpentry leadership, crane-assisted erection familiarity, and strong communication. Travel to project sites and overtime are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of carpentry or related construction experience.
• Two+ years leading crews or supervising construction work.
• Experience with prefabricated/panelized construction is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and motivate crews to complete daily priorities safely.
• Plan crew activities and coordinate with project leaders.
• Lead installation of wall panels and prefabricated components.
• Coordinate deliveries, crane activities, and safe work zones.
• Read drawings, shop drawings, and project schedules.
• Ensure quality and safety standards on site.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
