As a Lead Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers. Collaborating across teams, you will implement continuous improvement initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Reporting to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor, you will work on customer sites from our Markham, Ontario office.
This role impacts our field service success, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth. You will work with building management, HVAC, and security systems across commercial and government buildings, healthcare facilities, and more. Your work will help customers leverage technology to improve productivity and value.
The primary focus is on providing ongoing support for Honeywell’s Commercial Controls Building Automation HVAC systems.
