Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Calgary, AB team. You will lead on-site installations, servicing and repair of HVAC and BMS control systems, ensuring smooth building operations and uptime.

You will train customers on proper usage, troubleshoot, and work with Engineering to update guides and implement field improvements. This role requires hands-on problem solving and strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC and BMS control systems.
• Ability to lead on-site installation, servicing and repair.
• Ability to train customers on usage and basic repair procedures.
• Able to follow and update work instructions with engineering support.
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement in the field.
