Are you a highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated track record of executing high-quality work? If so, Canadian Natural Resources has an amazing team waiting for you. Supporting the Grande Prairie Region, the Lead Field Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and engineering support to field operations, with a primary focus on facility and well optimization. This role leads the development of a high-performing technical team, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement across field assets. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Production, Maintenance, Facilities and Development teams to identify opportunities to create value and support operational excellence. This role requires minimum 20% field time throughout the Grande Prairie Region.
