Job Description Summary

As part of our field staff, you will deliver and install temporary fences, working with guidance from our Supervisor and Operations Manager. Full training and coaching are provided, including forklift certification. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves interaction with clients and the Sunbelt team daily.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a one-tonne truck and delivering materials safely
• Experience supervising a crew and acting as lead onsite
• Knowledge of setting up and tearing down fences safely
• Experience with operational paperwork
• Understanding of Sunbelt's products/services and customer issue resolution
• Ability to work closely with operations team and resolve on-site issues

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract
• Ability to work weekends and longer hours as needed
• Physical ability to handle heavy fence panels
• Own transportation and safe driving habits
• Experience with tablets and smartphones
• Knowledge of general tools and equipment (assets)

Physical Demands

Compensation
