Brad White AgVentures near Gull Lake, SK, is hiring for a full-time, permanent farm equipment operator/farm hand to manage day-to-day tasks with independence. This role requires operating large machinery and supporting crop production, cattle duties, and equipment maintenance.

The position offers on-farm housing and a wage range of CAD 27–35 per hour, depending on experience and housing arrangements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating equipment on a large-scale grain farm.
• Confident operating large modern farm equipment independently.
• Experience with spraying, seeding, haying, and harvest work.
• Good understanding of mixed farm operations.
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow instructions and solve problems.
• Seeking a permanent, long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Operating large farm equipment
• Operating sprayer and air drill
• Seeding, spraying, haying, harvest, and general crop production work
