Responsibilities

• Oversee aluminum cutting, frame assembly, welding, and grinding.
• Ensure schedules and daily quotas are achieved.
• Manage staffing, task assignments, and attendance.
• Maintain quality by verifying drawings and specs.
• Enforce safety procedures and PPE use.
• Communicate daily priorities and coordinate with departments.
