Twilight is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our shop team, keep production moving, and turn ideas into finished products. You will oversee daily operations while driving continuous improvement, safety, and quality across manufacturing processes.

The role involves coordinating production schedules, reviewing BOMs/MOMs, and collaborating with Project Management to meet deadlines. Ideal candidates are organized, accountable, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or shop environment.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing production schedules and coordinating resources.
• Ability to review BOMs and manufacturing instructions.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support the production team to maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Execute the two-week production schedule, aligning labour, equipment, and materials to deadlines.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules/resources to keep work on track.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Methods of Manufacture (MOMs) for readiness.
• Coordinate daily shop activities and set priorities based on production needs.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Operations to resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout manufacturing.
