You will drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality and talent development, leading a team of 30+ and coordinating with engineering, maintenance, and quality departments.

The role emphasizes strict safety practices, shift leadership, and reporting. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing with extrusion are preferred,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and Green Belt preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience (extrusion).
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of 30+ employees.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supervise hourly personnel and shift operations.
• Review production orders and schedules and adjust as needed.
• Assign duties to shift members and ensure schedule completion.
• Conduct safety checks and provide training.
• Provide technical leadership on line setup, metrics, testing, and training.
