Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Lead Equipment Operator for a seasonal full-time role at our Airport site. You will supervise a team and ensure the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of glycol recovery and processing equipment, including the Glycol Concentrator.
The position requires formal training completion, the ability to work flexible hours, and readiness to operate in varied weather conditions while meeting strict safety standards.

This is a seasonal position with routine seasonal layoff and seasonal recall. The Lead Equipment Operator will work as part of a team to provide superior service and stakeholder satisfaction through responsibility for the safe and efficient operation and preservation of equipment utilized for the purpose of tasks related to Glycol Recovery Vehicles and processing, while ensuring the well-being of self and all internal and external stakeholders.
When the Operations Manager is not on site, the Equipment Operators will report to the Lead Operator.
There will be a combination of working in an indoor office working environment and working outside in different weather conditions i.e. frequent exposure to prevalent weather conditions, etc.
This position involves sitting and standing for extended periods of time as well as bending, kneeling, climbing, using hands to control tools and feel objects, reaching with hands and arms; May be necessary to work at heights up to 40 feet; The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
This is a seasonal full-time position with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week; The schedule will consist of shift work as a mandatory requirement which means the employee must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and days.
Ability to obtain and maintain all security clearances required by Transport Canada or local Airport Authorities. Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings.
