What you can expect to do here :

  • Lead project teams in contaminated sites investigations and remediation projects.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Conduct investigations and remediation programs.
  • Manage projects including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Prepare proposals and deliverables of high quality.
  • Manage environmental due diligence and compliance reviews.
  • Identify market prospects and develop opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach team members for career and technical growth.
  • Promote health and safety culture and leadership.
  • Collaborate across disciplines as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What You'll Bring To WSP

  • Degree in Environmental Management, Biology, or related sciences.
  • Professional accreditation (P.Eng, P.Geo, R.P.Bio, P.Biol, P.Ag.) or eligibility.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental consulting.
  • Experience with contaminated sites and mine closure is highly desirable.
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract and willingness to travel.
  • Strong project management skills including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Experience in environmental consulting.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • Extensive field and site experience with a focus on health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of BC contaminated sites investigation methods and legislation.

Salary range (in British Columbia): $102,100 to $140,400

The final salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, location, and organizational needs. The posted range is subject to change.
