The role requires P.Eng./P.Geo. licensure, Qualified Person status, and 15+ years of Ontario environmental consulting experience, with travel across Ontario expected. We offer employee ownership, hybrid work options, and strong professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Environmental Science.
• Active licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in Ontario.
• Qualified Person status under O. Reg. 153/04.
• Experience with a range of client types (federal government, private, municipalities).
• Proven Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex environmental projects (Phase I–III ESAs, remediation, risk assessments, RMMs).
• Serve as a Qualified Person on site assessments, technical reports, and RSC filings.
• Design, evaluate, and execute remediation programs for soil and groundwater.
• Apply Ontario Reg. 153/04 and O.Reg. 406/19 knowledge.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, subconsultants, and subcontractors.
• Drive business growth by developing client relationships and proposals.
• Travel to project sites and meetings across Ontario.
