Title : Electrical Engineer / Team Lead – Buildings Engineering Industry : Building Services – Consulting Engineering Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to lead a dynamic team in the buildings sector? Would you like to have access to multiple project types and not be restricted by traditional engineering silos? Are you passionate about design and delivering high-quality engineering solutions? Our client is one of Canada’s top multidisciplinary firms, known for over 30 years of excellence in building services design and delivery. Their diverse portfolio includes projects in : Schools and Universities Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities Commercial and Retail Spaces Government and Institutional Buildings Lead a team of electrical engineers and designers on a variety of buildings projects. Oversee the design and implementation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Develop and review design concepts, ensuring alignment with project budgets, schedules, and client requirements. Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure project deliverables, such as drawings, calculations, and reports, meet quality standards and client expectations. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers. Conduct site visits, review installations, and provide contract admin support.
