The opportunity
Reporting to the CMO, the Ecommerce Lead manages all digital marketing efforts, overseeing performance marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads, and transactions. This role requires expertise in client acquisition, funnel development, channel optimization, analytics, and measurement. Collaboration with PR, content, business development, customer experience, IT, and HR teams is essential to define campaign strategies and business needs.
