Job summary

Hope’s Home Inc. in Regina is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, inclusive programs using the Reggio philosophy. You will collaborate with families, staff, and outside agencies to support each child’s growth and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Must have ECE Level III completion.
• Current First Aid/CPR training required.
• Experience in childcare including diverse abilities is an asset.
• Experience with Emergent Curriculum and Project Approach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise to ensure safety and well-being of each child.
• Maintain adult-to-child ratios as required by ministry.
• Plan and implement inclusive daily experiences.
• Collaborate with families and outside agencies.
• Document milestones and prepare progress notes.
• Attend staff meetings and follow location policies.
