Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a replacement Senior Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 Business Applications team. You will guide NAV/Business Central implementations, lead projects, and train client staff on ERP deployment.

Working from any Canadian office in a flexible environment, you will mentor teammates, apply Sure Step methodology, analyze client needs, and help deliver high ROI while upholding BDO's values of integrity, respect and collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV consulting experience, including full cycle implementations.
Post-secondary education in business disciplines (B.Comm., CPA, APICS, PMP) preferred.
Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV certifications will be considered in our selection process.
Self-motivated, able to work alone and in teams, articulate, and able to inspire confidence in audiences.
Knowledge of two or more functional areas of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV would be an asset (e.g. Finance, Manufacturing, Project Management & Accounting, Job Costing, Sales, Procurement).
Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client Dynamics NAV / Business Central implementations.
Perform a lead consultant role on larger projects where more than one consultant is engaged.
Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise.
Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations.
Mentoring of colleagues and providing support and guidance.
