Job summary

Hennick Humber Hospital Foundation is seeking a Lead, Stewardship & Donor Relations to shape and oversee our donor stewardship program. You will collaborate across Major Gifts, Annual Giving, Events, Marketing & Communications, Finance, and hospital leadership to deliver personalized donor experiences and impactful reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, stewardship, or philanthropy.
• Experience developing and leading donor stewardship programs.
• Experience preparing donor reports, impact stories, and stewardship communications.
• Experience working with donor databases, preferably Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Experience in healthcare philanthropy is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of CRA charitable giving regulations is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Foundation's stewardship strategy and donor relations program in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Define service standards and KPIs to continually enhance the donor experience.
• Oversee donor acknowledgement programs, impact reporting, and recognition initiatives.
• Develop customized stewardship communications and donor publications.
• Manage opportunities for donor recognition, including naming and walls.
• Coordinate donor visits, events, and stewardship activities.
