Développeur·euse logiciel Staff (Mobile) / Staff Mobile Developer role at TouchTunes. Location: Montréal (hybrid). The team focuses on the Flutter-based cross-platform application, with a strong emphasis on coaching the team and maintaining cohesive architecture.

Your Mission In The BullShooter Live Team

Driving the next version of our Flutter-based cross-platform application, developing key features, and acting as a technical coach within the team. You’ll help elevate the team’s technical capabilities and ensure we’re delivering high-quality, innovative solutions while maintaining a cohesive architecture.

Your Day-to-Day (Responsibilities)

• Act as a technical coach for the company and stay updated on the latest technologies that can enhance project efficiency, proposing them to the company.
• Be an expert in current systems and able to suggest alternatives, architectural improvements, and minimize impact on project systems.
• Recommend tools, software, and hardware that best meet the needs of the projects.
• Identify and propose technological innovations to differentiate the product in the market.
• Master critical aspects of the field and share best practices with the team.
• Support knowledge sharing and foster collaboration within the team and organization.
• Ensure governance of architecture and technology, aligning the technical vision with the company’s goals and communicating it to the team.
• Create a collaborative and inclusive work climate within the team and with other departments.
