Job summary

Jesta I.S. Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to join its Retail and Omnichannel team. You will build and maintain mobile apps for web, iOS, and Android using Flutter, .NET Core, and microservices, while supporting legacy native apps.

You will collaborate in an Agile environment, mentor junior developers, implement unit tests, and help shape future microservices adoption across POS, WMS, and Ecommerce platforms. Montreal-based hybrid/remote role with some in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with Flutter and .NET Core API
• Experience supporting native iOS/Android and Java web services
• Experience with SOA, microservices, event-driven architectures, and queuing mechanisms
• Developing and maintaining REST APIs using .NET Core and Java
• Mobile app development with Flutter (Dart) and back-end integration
• Relational databases; understanding SQL performance and data models
• Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps
• Agile SDLC; participate in sprints and design/estimation
• Strong communication; explain concepts and train team members
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile and web features using Flutter and .NET Core.
• Support legacy native iOS/Android and Java web services.
• Collaborate in an Agile SDLC to deliver high-quality code.
• Design solutions with UI/UX considerations and blueprints.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Implement unit tests and monitor code quality with SonarQube.
• Plan and participate in sprint planning and refinements.
• Resolve production issues with Professional Services and Support teams.
