Job summary

2K is seeking a Lead Developer focused on Tools in a Montreal area role. You will lead engineers across data systems, pipelines, DCC and web tools, driving AI-enabled solutions to reduce bottlenecks and improve workflows.

You will partner with Directors and Product Managers to plan, estimate and deliver complex initiatives. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience across domains, strong leadership, and proficiency in languages like C#, Python, JavaScript, and C++.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across data systems, dev tools, AI integrations and pipeline automation.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to build tools across data systems, pipelines and game-related domains.
• Collaborate with Directors and Product Managers to address pipeline inefficiencies with AI-enabled solutions.
• Work with studio partners to assess build and deployment tool requirements.
• Participate in project planning and technical breakdowns of complex initiatives.
• Maintain pipeline software with high-quality documentation and support.
• Establish and enforce code review standards and professional development.
