Your Role

As Lead Developer, you will play a central role in the technological transformation of platforms used by both internal teams and financial advisors.

You will be responsible for technical architecture, team leadership, tool standardization, and technology alignment across platforms (Laravel / Vue.js or .NET).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures for new projects
• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Standardize development tools and guide key technology decisions
• Promote and apply best practices (code review, CI / CD, DevOps)

What We’re Looking For
