We are currently building a proof of concept (PoC) for a customer / design partner, and we’re looking for a Lead Developer to play a key role in shaping our product’s future.

Salary range : $60-$80 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Developing and iterating on a PoC for a key customer
• Enhancing and updating our existing MVP (progressive web app)
• Building a provider administration portal for healthcare professionals
• Collaborating closely with product and design teams to create an intuitive user experience
• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (or deep expertise in either front-end or back-end)
• Proficiency in our tech stack :
• Database : MySQL 8, MSSQL 2019 for SMS notifications
• Ambitious, confident, and a team player who can advocate for their ideas
• Emotionally intelligent with strong soft skills to collaborate effectively
• A flexible thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Bonus Points If You Have :

• Experience with health tech or building SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with AWS hosting and cloud-based infrastructure
• Prior startup experience
