Lead Dayforce WFM / Lead HR Core Consultant REMOTE

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 5 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION)

LOCATION : 100% REMOTE (MUST BE IN CANADA)

LANGUAGE : ENGLISH

CLEARANCE : RELIABILITY (MUST HOLD OR BE ELIGIBLE)

On behalf of our client, Procom has an urgent need for two Lead WFM / Lead HR Core Consultants. Must be eligible for a Security Clearance. The WFM Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities.

Mandatory Skills

  • Dayforce WFM / Time, HR Core with Entitlements experience
  • 2+ years’ experience where the project was mainly implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements) module.
  • Client-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.

The scope of work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to :

The Lead Dayforce WFM / Lead HR Core Consultant professional will be expected to execute the following tasks during this contract, but not limited to :

  • Project responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, configuring the client solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.
  • The Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of client’s Organizational Readiness toolkit.
  • Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to functionality.
  • Configure application to meet customer’s documented business requirements.
  • Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutes.
  • Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
  • Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise.
  • Work with customers to implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the client’s solution.
