Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in development of ML models with experience of productizing in real world use cases, high standard performance at scale.
• Proven track record of developing and launching healthcare/medical models and AI based products.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing talented team members.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical topics in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
