The Lead Product Analyst will serve as the analytics thought leader for SafeSend, overseeing end-to-end product analytics and guiding a team of analysts to deliver high-impact insights. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and design leadership to inform long-term strategy, optimize product performance, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
About the Role :
As a Lead Product Analyst – SafeSend, you will be responsible for :
Set the vision and direction for product analytics across SafeSend, leading the design and execution of advanced analytical models and frameworks.
Act as the primary analytics partner for SafeSend’s product leadership, proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth, engagement, and customer value.
Build and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating collaborative OKR setting and ensuring alignment between analytics initiatives and business objectives.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of product analytics solutions (e.g., Pendo), ensuring comprehensive tracking of user journeys, feature adoption, and key events.
Champion analytics best practices and foster a data-driven culture within the product team.
