Job Description

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements.
• Customize and extend ServiceNow applications using client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and workflows
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Use Python to write scripts to automate various other processes in ServiceNow.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  
  

What do you need to succeed? Must have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, or other modules
• Experience with Service Portal within ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages: JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio.
• 3+ years, experience in JavaScript and Python
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist
• Experience with both Flow Designer and Workflow editor
