Job summary

Invesco in Charlottetown, PEI, is seeking a Cyber Defense Operations professional to lead DLP monitoring and URL Filtering profile management. You will coordinate triage, evidence collection, and escalation for high-risk data loss events, while driving policy tuning and automation recommendations across security teams.

The role requires experience with Microsoft DLP, Panorama/NGFW, and SASE-based controls, plus strong change-management and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related discipline is preferred.
• Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CEH or equivalents are preferred.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity operations or related fields are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Microsoft DLP monitoring operations and SLA tracking.
• Guide analysts during alert triage, evidence collection, and case documentation.
• Own escalation for high-risk data loss events and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify recurring false positives and tune policies for better accuracy.
• Lead URL Filtering profile management and related governance tasks.
• Manage change lifecycle for URL Filtering and proxy governance requests.
• Support weekend change windows and on-call coverage when required.
• Participate in CAB meetings and contribute to audit-ready records.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge articles for DLP and URL Filtering.
