RESPONSIBILITIES

1. People Leadership: Inspire, coach, support and develop the Corporate Actions team
2. Minimum of five years of corporate actions or related industry experience
3. Minimum of three years of proven people leadership skills
4. Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in a business-oriented discipline
5. Proven ability to deliver results within prescribed deadlines
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability to problem solve and exercise good judgment and decision making within a regulatory framework
8. Experience with Broadridge’s Dataphile platform or similar data processing system
9. Proficiency in Microsoft 365
