Below is the English translation of the responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support a multidisciplinary team in executing daily operations.
  • Manage orders for Pro customers, especially demanding ones, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and tools to continuously improve team efficiency.
  • Participate actively in recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and ensure training of new hires.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, suppliers, and procurement departments.
  • Make strategic recommendations to enhance team performance and customer service.
  • Understand the specific needs of professional clients and propose tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated with market innovations through appropriate training.

Requirements:

  • Experience in team and personnel management.
  • Experience or knowledge in the construction sector or similar role.
  • Proficiency with computer tools: email, Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Teams).
  • Asset: knowledge of internal software (MMS, Soda, etc.).
