A LeadCook transforms high-quality, unique ingredients into authentic Italian dishes through preparing, cooking and plating food items in Eataly’s exciting, high-volume, open kitchens while overseeing other line cooks. Reports to the Sous Chef Manager and Chef de Cuisine.
