Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and prepare food in appropriate quantities based on customer volume, following the Lucky Strike Entertainment operations manual and prep sheets.
• Ensure all food orders are prepared, presented, and delivered according to company standards.
• Mentor kitchen staff, training them on procedures, presentation, sanitation, equipment use, and cost controls.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of the kitchen, storage, refrigeration, and serving areas per guidelines.
• Weekly calibration checks of cooking and refrigeration equipment to ensure quality and freshness.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and utensils following health regulations.
• Receive and inspect food and supply deliveries, ensuring proper condition and documentation, and rotate stock accordingly.
• Prepare menu items on the food line, supervising staff to ensure quality service.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Assist colleagues with duties to ensure smooth customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, guiding them to resolution.
• Obtain necessary certifications in alcohol service and food safety within specified timeframes.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Team-oriented, capable of developing staff, and knowledgeable of workplace safety procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of operational experience; culinary or food management degree is a plus.
