What you’ll do:

The Lead Consultant will work daily with clients and the Jitterbit implementation team to define and deliver architecture strategies, guiding the implementation of applications and solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Master the Jitterbit AppBuilder platform
• Develop solution designs and implementation recommendations for diverse audiences, including client managers and IT architects
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and collaborate on solution design with clients and the implementation team
• Prepare technical documentation and present proposals to stakeholders
• Work with development teams to ensure solution quality and consistency
• Identify opportunities to add client value and expand Jitterbit’s footprint
• Mentor and train new team members
• Provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management
• Ensure a highly satisfactory client experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 10 years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of client-facing technical solution delivery and implementation experience
• 6+ years hands-on experience with AppBuilder
• 8+ years experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Jitterbit, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases: SQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday
• Knowledge of web connectivity standards: XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, ODBC/JDBC
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level)
