Job summary

Fairstone Bank in Montreal seeks a Manager, Collections Vendor Management to oversee outsourced collection activities across products, ensure compliance with contracts, and drive delinquency reduction with minimal risk.

You will lead call quality assurance, partner with agencies, monitor performance, and support training and efficiency improvements, while building strong internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent to a minimum of 5 years’ experience in collections and financial services industry.
• Two+ years of vendor management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day outsourced activities with collection agencies.
• Ensure agencies are compliant and respect contract engagements.
• Monitor performance daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly and propose adjustments.
• Daily performance calls with agencies to discuss performance and improvements.
• Keeps KPI targets met and delivers insights for recoveries.
