What is the role?
dotCMS is a cloud-based Digital Experience platform that is changing how enterprises build, deliver, and consume digital environments or digital experiences. We seek an individual with expertise in SaaS and experience in AWS and either GCP or Azure.
As Lead Cloud Engineer, you will join our dynamic team in handling tickets from customer support, managing escalations, and leading, mentoring, and training the team. You will oversee upgrades and act as the project manager for migrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on capacity and availability, ensuring thorough documentation, establishing procedures and standards, and maintaining familiarity with compliance requirements.
We're proud to be 100% remote! dotCMS has been fully remote for over a decade, and as an employee, you may work remotely from any location in the US or Canada, compatible with Eastern Time business hours. Please note that this is a Full-Time Employee position, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Additionally, we are not accepting contractors or C2C candidates.
