Job summary

4Sight Search Solutions Inc. in Guelph, Ontario, is seeking multiple Skilled Production Climbing Arborists to lead a crew of 3 in tree pruning, removals, and maintenance.

You will operate bucket trucks, climb daily, and ensure safe, efficient operations for year‑round work with strong perks and housing options for some candidates. Competitive hourly pay of CAD 35–40 with bonuses and benefits includes medical, dental, and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• We require 2-3 years of arborist experience with climbing and crew leadership.
• Valid Ontario DZ license with clean abstract; training offered for right candidate.
• Proficient tree ID, rigging, pruning, and safe removal techniques.
• Must be physically fit to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew in pruning, removals, and stump grinding using safe climbing and rigging techniques.
• Operate and maintain equipment including chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, ropes.
• Perform tree health assessments and identify species by tree ID knowledge.
• Ensure safety with pre-work risk assessments and equipment inspections.
• Communicate with clients and team to deliver exceptional service.
