Job summary

Bright Leaf is seeking an Entry-Level Arborist / Ground Worker to join our arboriculture team in Toronto. You will work with experienced arborists, assist with pruning, removals, and site setup, and learn safety practices and climbing skills.

We welcome outdoor experience and a strong work ethic. Training will be provided; dependability, willingness to learn, and teamwork are essential assets for success.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our arboriculture team. This is a great opportunity for someone with outdoor work experience who wants to build a long-term career in the tree care industry.

Previous arboriculture, landscaping, construction, forestry, or equipment experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who shows a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn.
